Most owners keep the suit on for around 4-5 days at a time, taking off to wash it if necessary or just to give the pet some supervised time out of it. Then back on for 4-5 days or so. Please check around all the edges of the suit for any rubbing on the skin and for any matting on long hair.
The suits are hand cut to help with stretch capacity and reduce machine processing which can result in some uneven edges but this does not affect their efficacy.
The suits can ride back as our pets move about so simply and gently adjust it back into position as often as you need. Some breeds ride back more often and thats ok, just keep adjusting them forward.
This can be quite common at the start of wearing the suit. Just offer some small treats to get them to move forward getting them used to the initial feel of wearing the suit which shouldn’t take too long.
Yes DogEase washes very well. The instructions are underneath the logo at the back of the neck area. Wash in 30 degrees, the bamboo should dry quickly.
Always be aware that matting can happen in long haired animals. To help with this smooth the hair down with your hand underneath the suit at least daily.
Some animals will chew around the suit so please keep an eye on them as DogEase is not indestructible.
We would never tell you what size to buy as our dogs are so varied, but you should use length and weight for the sizing chart and watch the fitting video to help you make your decision. Some owners say the suit is better being slightly too big than too tight and some may order 2 sizes returning one unused. Returns are only accpeted on suits that have not been fitted onto the pet so we can return them to stock.
Orders are sent out by a fulfilment company who aim to send them within 24 hours and are sent 1st class ‘signed for’ Mon-Fri only. Royal Mail can experience delays so please leave ample time for your suit to arrive.
